Kit Requirements
Performing a single flow cell run requires a single-use NovaSeq Reagent Kit. For a dual flow cell run, use two kits.

Contents and Storage
Reagents in the SBS and buffer cartridge are sensitive to light. Store the cartridges in a dark location away from light.
The flow cell is stored at 2°C to 8°C. Before unpackaging, allow the unopened flow cell package to reach room temperature.Contents & Storage
